You can add water at once or gradually, every few days. The app will notify you when additional water is required.

For instance, lettuces and herbs will eventually bolt, where the plant starts producing flowers and seeds instead of continuing to grow leaves.
-
How to Harvest Properly? When you receive a notification in the app about a ready vegetable, you can start harvesting and eating. Lettuce - You can harvest individual leaves or the entire head. Can I adjust the lighting schedule? There should be no need to adjust lighting intensity or schedules because our Virtual Agronomist considers various variables, such as available ambient sunlight and plant growth, and automatically adjusts the lighting for optimal growth. It's important to ensure that the device is within the recommended temperature range to maintain optimal conditions for plant development.

What happens if my WiFi or power goes out? Will my Agwa still work?Your Agwa requires power to function, but it will continue running without WiFi based on your last saved light and water schedules. However, without WiFi, you'll experience limited functionality, and your Agwa will disconnect from your app, making it difficult to monitor growth. If your power goes out, the most important thing is to water your plants manually if you anticipate a prolonged outage (the duration your plants can go without automatic watering depends on their age). Once your power and/or WiFi are restored, your Agwa will automatically reconnect to your saved WiFi network.
-
Do I need to measure my water’s pH levels? No need to as the pH sensor in Agwa constantly measures the pH levels of the water and the dosage system balances the pH to create the perfect conditions for your plants.

How to clean air filters? To clean the air filters, follow these steps: 1. Use a damp cloth to gently wipe both the inside and outside surfaces of the air filters to remove dust and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or excessive force, as this may damage the filters and the plants. 2. Additionally, locate and clean the net located inside the device, usually on the upper floor of the device (circular grille). This area is often overlooked but can accumulate dust and dirt over time, affecting the device's performance. 5. Allow the filters to air dry completely. Regularly cleaning the air filters helps maintain optimal performance and prolongs the lifespan of the device. We recommend cleaning the filters frequently if you notice reduced airflow or increased dust accumulation.
-
Can I use tap water in the Agwa?Yes, we recommend using tap water as it contains minerals that are important for the healthy growth of your plants.

Is the light dangerous to children? Our light is not a danger to the eyes or children at all. The light works according to a spectrum, and our spectrum is within the range of visible light. These wavelengths are the same as those we encounter in our daily lives. Health risks only arise with ionizing radiation, such as UV light, which can be harmful to be near. However, our LEDs do not emit UV light, ensuring they are safe.
